ABOUT ME

I have always been passionate about Astrology, Psychology and inner growth.

From my earliest teenage years, at the end of the 80s, fate brought books to my hands about Astrology and Psychology that made my imagination fly with the archetypes and healing possibilities that were presented in front of me. This was the beginning of a long self-teaching process where I started reading everything I could get my hands on, always searching for answers to the events, crises and relationships in my life.

Although my formal profession took the path of teaching English to adults, the interest for human and spiritual growth has always remained intact along the way. Between 2010 and 2013 I trained to become an Anthroposophical Biographical Counsellor, the branch within Anthroposophy - envisioned by Rudolf Steiner-  in charge of psychological and spiritual counselling. Looking back, I now understand that many of the notions about human life cycles suggested by this school of thought are undeniably linked to Astrology.

More recently, I have pursued Formal Training in Astrology in Cosmograma, a school of Psychological and Humanistic Astrology in Barcelona (2 years with Andrés Zaragoza). Postgraduate in Practice in Astrological Interpretaion (Silvia Neira, Argentina, 2 years). I am currently doing two different 4-year trainings in Astrology. One in the Forrest Centre for Evolutionary Astrology (USA, 2 completed years), with the great referent in Evolutionary Astrology, Steven Forrest, as well as the Main Training in Astrology at the Faculty of Astrological Studies, London. Steven Forrest is co-founder of Evolutionary Astrology, together with Jeff Wolf Greene. His conception of why we have the birth chart we have or what he calls "The chart behind the chart" has really changed my approach to astrological interpretation, as it provides great depth in counselling people towards more positive, healing and meaningful paths. The Faculty of Astrological Studies is a renowned institution which provides very well grounded and structured astrological training.

The Astrology I like to practice is intimate, caring, with total respect for the evolutionary path of the person in front of me. My Scorpio Ascendant, a well populated 8th house, my Sun in Virgo and very promientnt Neptune, Uranus and Mercury have led me to Astrology as a way to balance my more analytical and language -oriented abilities with a more symbolic and intuitive approach.

I have devoted the last 20 years of my working life to teaching adults.
